The Student National Dental Association (SNDA) has established a scholarship in the name of Dr. Joseph Hines II, a 2008 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Dr. Hines was said to be a positive, kind person who continuously sought out to find the good in everyone and in everything. Dr. Hines unexpectedly passed away in 2009 at the age of 27. He was a leader in SNDA and we hope to commemorate his life through this scholarship.
Eligibility:
This scholarship is open to all SNDA members who are currently in their 4th year of dental school and will be graduating in 2020. Scholarship applicants should be in good academic standing, and show support for the initiatives and ideals of SNDA.
